Cedarbrook Camps

Membership

Interested in becoming a Cedarbrook Camp?

You don’t have to build a camp ministry from scratch. ACC helps you launch and grow a Christ-centered, Bible-based camp shaped by Cedarbrook’s core values—through training, resources, and a network that walks with you.

What’s in it for your camp

  • Training + coaching: leadership development and practical training for directors/boards and staff.
  • Tools you can use immediately: shared templates and camp documents through the member portal.
  • Community + collaboration: a network built for peer support, accountability, and shared learning.
  • Quality + consistency: Cedarbrook Quality Review to help strengthen operations and grow with excellence.

How to start

  1. Start the conversation — email office@cedarbrookcamps.com and tell us what you’re dreaming about.
  2. Align on the Cedarbrook distinctives — statement of faith + core values + shared philosophy.
  3. Choose a membership path — many camps begin with Palm Membership as an introductory on-ramp.
  4. Apply + get connected — we’ll help you plug into training, resources, and the Cedarbrook network.

Not sure where you fit yet? Palm Membership is designed as an introductory level so camps can experience the benefits while discerning next steps.

Membership Levels

Solid Rock Member

The Solid Rock Membership is intended for individuals who wish to support the mission and goals of the ACC but are not directly affiliated with a camp or in a leadership position at a camp.

Canadian Member

The Canadian Membership is designed specifically for camps located in Canada. It features a different fee multiplier, reflecting currency conversion rates, and offers a distinct set of benefits. Due to regional differences, not all benefits and discounts available to other members can be extended to Canadian members.

Cedar Member

The Cedar Membership provides all offered benefits and is associated with the lowest fee multiplier. In addition to these advantages, Cedar Member Camps are committed to maintaining the standards of operation by participating in the American Camp Association (ACA) accreditation process. This includes paying for a membership with ACA and any fees associated there in. This membership option also provides a Cedarbrook Quality Review to maintain operational standards and quality, while also providing an opportunity for continuous improvement and growth.

Brook Member

The Brook Membership provides all offered benefits and includes a more frequent Cedarbrook Quality Review process than the Cedar Membership. The regular review process ensures that each camp maintains operational standards and quality while also providing an opportunity for continuous improvement and growth.

Palm Member

The Palm Membership provides access to Association resources on a pay-for-use basis and serves as an introductory level of membership. After three years at this level, camps are expected to transition to either the Cedar or Brook Membership tier. This membership allows camps to experience the benefits of connection and support from the Association while determining the best long-term fit for their camp’s needs and goals.
