Join us for the 2025 Association of Cedarbrook Camps Conference

Join us for the ACC Conference, November 12–15, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee at the Embassy Suites Nashville Airport. This annual gathering is a time to connect with fellow camp leaders, be equipped through practical training, and be encouraged in the work God has called you to do. Come for meaningful relationships, relevant tools, and renewed vision—so you can return home strengthened for the season ahead.

Those 36 and Under: $400 per individual 

Those 36 and Over: $475 per individual

Cost for Non-Member Camps: 

Those 36 and Under: $475 per individual 

Those 37 and Over: $550 per individual

CANCELLATION and REFUND Policies:

Registration fees are always transferable, prior to the conference, to a previously unregistered guest from the registrant’s camp/conference center/organization. To transfer a registration, contact Marjie Randall at marjie@cedarbrookcamps.com.

Registrations cancelled on or before October 25th will not be assessed a cancellation fee. Registrations cancelled after October 25th or before November 1st will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee.

Registrations cancelled after November 1 are non-refundable. All refund requests must be in writing (email Marjie Randall at marjie@cedarbrookcamps.com, postal service or fax) and received by ACC no later than November 1st.
